TEDPIX Gains 2,718 Points

Tehran Stock Exchange’s main index gained 2,718.23 points or 2.02% on Monday to end trading at 137,073.

About 1.90 billion shares valued at €78.92 million changed hands at TSE for the day.

Trading at TSE and Iran Fara Bourse starts on Saturday and ends on Wednesday.

Noor Kosar Iranian Investment Company was the biggest winner, as its shares went up 12.42% to 1,466 rials per share. 

Sepahan Oil Company incurred the biggest loss among all TSE-listed companies and went down 4.58% to 22,789 rials per share.

Mobarakeh Steel Company gave the biggest boost to the benchmark index, followed by Iran National Copper Industries Company and Golgohar Mining and Industrial Complex.

Mobile Telecommunications Company of Iran was the biggest laggard behind the benchmark’s fall, followed by Khorasan Steel Company and Telecommunications Company of Iran.

The Price Index gained 796.98 points to close at 40,188.4.

The First Market Index was up 2,717.85 points to post 100,913.8. 

The Second Market Index added 2,003.38 points to reach 273,332.4.

The Industry Index scored 2,650.87 points to register 125,990.9.

The Free Float Index was up 3,318.62 points to hit 144,404.31.

The TSE 30 gained 211.44 point to settle at 6,805.3 and the TSE 50 ended 135.57 points higher to finish at 6,004.

 IFX Up 2.1%

Iran Fara Bourse’s main index IFX gained 18.31 points or 1.19% to close Monday trade at 1,555.78.

About 721.49 million securities valued at €49.88 million were traded at the over-the-counter exchange for the day.

Esfahan Steel Company had the highest number of traded shares and trade value, as 138.64 million of its shares worth €2.68 million changed hands.

Parvardeh Tabas Coal Processing Company, Yazd Alloy Steel Company and Goharan Omid Investment Company registered the highest value increase.

Tehran Housing Investment Company, Sabzevar Cement Company and Alvand Housing Investment Company suffered the biggest decline.

Hormozgan Steel Company, Esfahan Steel Company and Middle East Mines Industries Development Holding Company had the most positive impact on IFX.
